A student who is in good standing and eligible to re-enter a law school which is a member of the AALS or is approved by the ABA may, with the permission of the Dean of such law school, attend the School of Law without becoming a degree candidate with the approval of the Dean of the School of Law. The student must pay the appropriate tuition and fees. Visiting status is granted to students who have completed 2 years of law school and are in good academic standing. Visiting status is typically granted based on extenuating circumstances.
