We grant JD application fee waivers to first-time applicants for US national service, specifically current and veteran members of the US Armed Forces, AmeriCorps (VISTA, NCCC, State and National, Seniors), Peace Corps, Teach for America, and Jesuit Volunteer Corps.
We also grant JD application fee waivers to current and former permanent full-time employees of the federal government, excluding internship, temporary, part-time, seasonal, and contractor positions.
We do not offer JD application fee waivers on the basis of merit or financial need. We also do not offer JD application fee waivers for applicants who are reapplying for admission, applying as a transfer student, or applying as a visiting student.
We do not offer CAS Report fee waivers, but applicants who already hold an unexpired LSAC fee waiver from the LSAC Fee Waiver Program may use one of their included CAS fee waivers from LSAC.
