We offer two binding decision options for applicants that have identified Wake Forest as their first choice school.
1. Wake Forest Law Scholar ($28,000/year scholarship)
Binding Decision applicants admitted as a Wake Forest Law Scholar are guaranteed a $28,000/year ($14,000/semester) scholarship. Applicants with exemplary credentials and potential are encouraged to apply through this option.
2. Wake Forest Law Committed (no scholarship)
Binding Decision applicants admitted through the Wake Forest Law Committed option will not be considered for any scholarship aid. Applicants should only apply through this option if Wake Forest University School of Law is their top choice for law school and for whom scholarship aid is not a consideration.
Binding decision applications are reviewed on an expedited basis. Applicants admitted through the Binding Decision program are committed to attending Wake Forest University School of Law.
While Binding Decision applicants are evaluated according to the same admission standards as all other applicants, these applicants' strong demonstrated interest in attending Wake Forest Law will also be considered by the admissions committee.
